Sales Leader for Fruits/Vegetables and Flowers

We are looking for a driven and positive person who is passionate about interacting with our customers and has a strong interest in food, service, and sales. We want you, together with your colleagues, to create a vibrant Fruits/Vegetables and Flower department of top quality that elevates the store to the next level.

We expect you to have in-depth knowledge of Fruits & Vegetables regarding storage and handling, as well as nutritional content and uses. We also see that you have previous experience managing a store department and have a pronounced ability to sense, identify, and meet customer needs. All to increase customer satisfaction and build future loyalty towards the store.

In your role as Sales Leader for Fruits/Vegetables and Flowers, you will offer our customers an attractive and inviting department every day of the week. You and your team will work together to create upselling opportunities and inspire customers to enjoy shopping through a well-planned department with high sales pressure.

It is important to us that you have good experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve common goals and create a positive work environment. You communicate easily and are clear in your leadership. You also have the ability to delegate and analyze. We place great importance on previous experience in similar tasks.

In your role, you will be responsible for orders and supplier contacts. You are a top-notch problem solver. You will follow up sales against budget, actively work to reduce physical damage and waste, and ensure that the department has clear routines and guidelines. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are good at handling stressful situations.

This advertisement is for a permanent full-time position (38.25h/week) with a desired start date according to agreement. Working hours vary but are primarily during the day. Evening and weekend work may occur. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. We apply a probationary period.

• Previous experience working with Fruits and/or Vegetables is a requirement
• Previous experience in retail or grocery trade is a requirement
• Completed Leadership Training is highly meritorious
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement
• Completed high school education is a requirement
