Sales Leader for Manual Counters

Coop Partille is a well-established and fine store with a good assortment and a clear ecological profile. In addition to a pleasant store, we offer a Delicatessen counter, Fish counter, Salad bar, Catering, and Bakery. Our opening hours are 7 AM to 10 PM every day of the week to provide good accessibility for all our customers. Together, we operate the store with about 40 permanent employees plus several additional part-time employees.

We are now looking for a driven and positive person who has the talent, desire, and ambition to be a good leader. We want you, together with your colleagues, to drive and develop the Manual Counters to new unforeseen heights.

• Aesthetic Competence - Strong sense of design and aesthetics, contributing to visually appealing product presentations and displays.
• Customer Engagement - Ability to create a positive customer experience by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Team Leadership - Leadership skills focused on motivating and developing team members, as well as creating an atmosphere of collaboration and creativity.
• Product Knowledge - In-depth knowledge and experience working in manual deli counters to provide the best advisory information to visiting customers.
• Communication Skills - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, facilitating effective interaction with both customers and the team.
• Trend Analysis - Ability to identify and analyze current trends in the industry, resulting in tailored sales strategies and product offerings.

In your role as Sales Leader for Manual Counters, you will have very varied tasks; everything from purchasing, planning, sales, and follow-up, to being responsible for staff and leading and distributing work. You need to have solid expertise in the area and ensure that the development and operation of the department are carried out effectively and professionally.

Previous experience working with fresh fish and delicacies is considered highly meritorious, but personal suitability is also very important to us.

The position is a permanent employment of 33 hours/week (probationary employment applies). Start date is according to agreement. Working hours are scheduled during the day and on weekends. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

• Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement
• Completed upper secondary education is a requirement
