What is needed in this role:

• Be a team player and prioritize team goals with a collaborative spirit.
• Passionate about both new development and maintaining existing backend/frontend systems.
• Strong knowledge of Java (experience with Eclipse, RAD, IntelliJ, Red Hat, Jenkins, CloudBees, Git preferred).
• Familiarity with building microservices architecture.
• Experience with REST/SOAP service architecture; Java integration with mainframes is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Angular (understanding NGRX preferred).
• A significant advantage if you have experience with Openshift/Kubernetes
• Ability to develop and create and execute test cases; advantageous if you can build automated tests.
• Interest and experience in optimizing service performance to enhance speed and reliability.
• English is a must, Swedish is an advantage
• Comfortable using SAFe methodologies.
• Be open, simple, and caring to nurture relationships within the team and across functions at Swedbank.
• Relevant university degree, or equivalent, in fields such as Computer Science or related areas.
