JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The mobile team in Klippan is now looking for temporary workers.

The mobile team is the municipality's fieldwork unit, and you will be part of the team's pool of substitutes. You will step in when someone is sick or absent for other reasons. A priority in the work is to be where young people are. During evenings and weekends, you will engage with young people to create a safe environment and build relationships with the target group based on trust and respect.

The team works closely with schools, social services, police, youth centers, associations, and others who meet young people in their work. Here too, the ability to build relationships is important.

The focus of the work is a salutogenic approach and a promoting/preventive attitude. We start from the assumption that all people do their best based on their abilities and the situations they find themselves in.

Driver's License

A driver's license for a passenger car is a requirement.
