ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client is a leading player in medical technology and e-health solutions that develops technology that streamlines healthcare flows globally - this is your chance to contribute to a product that directly helps healthcare and your fellow human beings! Despite their leading position in the market, they are a smaller company with about 30-40 employees where departments work closely and collaborate with each other. The company is currently undergoing a restructuring with a clear vision to move forward in its development and structure!

You are offered

A full-time consulting assignment of 40 hours/week. The assignment is permanent with an initial consulting period of 6-12 months. After that, if all parties are satisfied, our client may choose to recruit you internally.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

Manage and resolve support cases
Perform troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
Handle IT operations and maintenance
System installation and updates
Customer contact and field support – Visit customers to provide technical support and perform preventive maintenance
Collaborate with the product development team to improve solutions and services based on customer feedback

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has extensive experience in similar support and service technical tasks and has a strong interest in IT, technology, and service.
Has good competence in IT operations, networks, and system integrations.
Has previous experience in IT security (GDPR, firewall management, encryption) as well as remote support solutions and ITIL processes.
Holds a B driver's license (manual).
Can communicate professionally in Swedish and fluently in English.

It is meritorious if you have

A university or high school engineering degree with a focus on medical technology or have other technical education/experience that can be considered equivalent by the employer.
You have experience from MedTech, healthcare, or a technical industry where quality and precision are crucial.
Have knowledge and experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), or scripting in PowerShell.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in medical technology, such as MDR and ISO 13485.
