About the role

In this role, you will be the cohesive link for the group's process landscape. You will work both strategically and operationally, responsible for creating clear, sustainable, and harmonized processes together with the organization's process owners and various architecture roles.

You will:

• Develop and maintain the group's overall model for processes and workflows
• Establish structure and principles for process modeling and documentation
• Coordinate process owners and ensure that dependencies between functions are managed correctly
• Support the business in describing and improving processes, routines, and instructions
• Be a key person in the work of documenting processes related to a new ERP system
• Train the organization in methodology, working methods, and process management
• Collaborate with roles within IT and information architecture to ensure the whole

We are looking for someone who has:

• Solid and practical experience in process modeling
• Understanding of IT and information architecture
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to create structure
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English
