In beautiful Kullabygden in the heart of Höganäs, with easy access to transport and free parking, Vårdcentralen Delfinen serves 8,500 registered patients and has a complete medical commitment according to Hälsovalet, including BVC/family center. Here, there is a stable base of specialists in general medicine, ST doctors, and AT doctors. We also have well-established nurse-led specialty clinics for chronic diagnoses. Furthermore, we have medical secretaries, nursing assistants, and a broad rehabilitation competence with physiotherapists and an occupational therapist, as well as a psychosocial team consisting of a social worker and psychologist, all present on site. Additionally, we have a close and good collaboration with the municipal primary care related to home care and special housing. We work closely with the Sjöcrona health center and share a business manager, MLA, and unit manager.

We utilize our collective competence in the workplace and share knowledge to strengthen team spirit. In addition, we have a structured doctors' meeting once a week, and we are happy to invite external speakers such as Strama, pharmaceutical Skåne, pharmacists, and chief physicians to keep us updated. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will have a varied job with us as a specialist doctor, which includes both acute and planned patient visits, home visits, rounds at special housing for the elderly, and joint visits with BVC nurses.

Teamwork is a fundamental part of our work culture and something that both employees and patients appreciate. We have an efficient and well-functioning collaboration with home care through our elderly reception, where we conduct regular rounds to ensure high-quality care.

We work closely with Vårdcentralen Sjöcrona and share several professional categories with them. In addition, we share a business manager, unit manager, and medically responsible doctor with Vårdcentralen Sjöcrona. We have a close collaboration with home care and are responsible for several special housing facilities in Höganäs.

As we always have training doctors with us, it is of great importance that supervision is close to your heart. You supervise both medical students and training doctors and share your knowledge with other colleagues. Improvement work together with the team is an important component to be able to offer high medical quality with good resource utilization.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed doctor with permission to practice within Swedish healthcare and have specialist competence in general medicine. In addition, you have good language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale.
