What do we offer you?

Your tasks will consist of pedagogical work in a children's group at preschool.

We offer a versatile job where you, in collaboration with other staff, are responsible for planning, implementing, and developing the activities at the preschool in accordance with governing documents. We believe in the competent child and work to provide a stimulating environment based on children's interests and influence. We place great value on creating a pleasant environment for both children and staff. It is a given for us to help each other and provide support among colleagues as collaboration is an important building block for a functioning operation.

The position is a temporary contract from January 12, 2026, to June 30, 2026, with a working degree between 50-100%.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a trained preschool teacher. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in preschool.

You are structured, motivated, have analytical skills, and high social competence. You want to be involved in developing our environment and operations - this to challenge our children to creativity, curiosity, a desire to learn, and mutual respect. It is important that you see yourself as a co-researching educator with the competent child in focus, where the relationship forms an important foundation. Great emphasis is placed on you being a person who complements our team. We expect you to have good IT skills and good collaboration abilities towards children, guardians, and your colleagues. We also see that you are familiar with our governing documents and have good knowledge of pedagogical documentation.
