Your New Job

You will work with planning, implementation, and development of the after-school care at Rosenlund School's adapted primary school, together with eight after-school care teachers and student assistants.

Teachers in the adapted primary school with a focus on after-school care work closely together and in collaboration with other professional groups for the benefit of the students. As an after-school care teacher with us, you are an important part of the student's entire day, both during school hours and after-school hours. You are crucial in creating a safe and inclusive environment where each student has the opportunity to develop according to their own conditions. You are a stable adult role model who, with patience, attentiveness, and commitment, makes a difference for our students. Together, we create a learning environment where students can grow and develop as much as possible.

Welcome to Us

Rosenlund School is centrally located in Jönköping's eastern districts and is a miniature world. We are proud of our diversity and know that it enriches the entire school day. In the buildings of Rosenlund School, the adapted primary school for grades 1-6 coexists with the lower, middle, and upper grades of the regular school. This autumn, we will move into newly built premises on the school grounds and expand with upper grades. The adapted primary school currently has about 75 students distributed across 13 classes, and approximately 50 employees work here. We are a workplace characterized by high qualifications and competence. The atmosphere is safe and positive, as shown by the students' annual safety survey. We work based on our guiding principles: safety, learning, independence, and joy!

Your Competence

We are looking for a licensed teacher in after-school care who wants to work with students in adapted primary school grades 1-6 (expanding with upper grades in autumn 2026). Experience working with students in adapted primary school is an advantage. You have the ability to create good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You are a good role model, resourceful, and proactive in your pedagogical work. You have the ability to see students' different needs, take into account their individual conditions to help them grow and develop. Personal suitability is of great importance.
