Mullsjö F-3 consists of Gunnarsboskolan ABC and Kronängskolan with associated after-school care.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a teacher, you will, among other things:
- Plan, implement, assess, and follow up on teaching that inspires, engages, and challenges students at the right level.
- Create a safe, joyful, and inclusive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to grow.
- Work with both individuals and groups.
- Adapt teaching for each student according to their needs.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, student health services, and guardians to create the best conditions for learning and well-being.
- Contribute to a positive atmosphere and the positive culture at the school.
As a lead teacher, you will teach with high quality and create an accessible learning environment for all students. You will lead and inspire colleagues in school development, drive improvement work, and analyze results to increase goal fulfillment and equity.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a teaching degree and qualifications for teaching in the early years of primary school (F3) and who has extensive experience and a deep understanding of learning in these grades. You are a role model in pedagogical leadership and have the ability to create structure, safety, and joy both in and outside the classroom. The role requires good collaboration skills where you contribute to an open and supportive collegial climate, inspire and lead colleagues without formal managerial responsibility. You have a solution-focused and curious attitude, see opportunities, and think creatively in everyday life. As a person, you are warm, clear, and engaged, and we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
To become a lead teacher, at least four years of documented teaching experience as a certified teacher is required. You must have demonstrated particular skill in improving student outcomes and contributing to school development. This is shown by your:
- Passion for school development and being a role model in the teaching role.
- Sharing knowledge and leading colleagues towards consensus, equity, and quality.
- Analyzing causes and identifying areas for development.
- Having a salutogenic approach and relational view of students.
- Creating an accessible learning environment and being skilled at creating teaching for all.
- Being clear, structured, and solution-focused, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Having good competence in assistive technology.
