Hjortsjöskolan 7-9 is centrally located in Vaggeryd and has just over 300 students. RESPONSIBILITIES

We at Hjortsjöskolan 7-9 are looking for a teacher for teaching Swedish. You will plan, conduct, and evaluate your pedagogical work in accordance with applicable curricula and governing documents, as well as perform other tasks related to the profession. As an employee, you can expect close collaboration with qualified colleagues, EHT, and present leadership, guidance, ongoing professional development, and significant influence and participation in our development and change work both in subject teams and in work teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with strong competencies who is interested in learning and school development. We expect you to meet challenges and pedagogical questions in an open and innovative way and contribute your skills to the entire team. In the classroom, you are a clear pedagogical leader who creates trust, engagement, safety, and accessibility. You are expected to work from a subject-didactic approach, which you will receive introduction and training for at the start. Collaborating and establishing good relationships with students, guardians, colleagues, and external actors is essential in your role. You document and follow up on each student and have ongoing dialogue with both students, subject teachers, mentors, and guardians. You are a licensed teacher with qualifications to teach Swedish. We place great importance on your personal abilities.
