Performance Marketing Specialist – Digital Media (Permanent), ICA Reklam

Do you want to accelerate how one of Sweden's strongest brands is seen, measured, and optimized in digital channels? As a Performance Marketing Specialist/Martech Specialist at ICA Reklam, you will be the link between marketing and technology – implementing, integrating, and optimizing solutions that make a difference for stores and customers.

About the Role

You will work hands-on in our martech stack and advertising platforms, ensuring accurate measurement and tracking, building integrations/automation, and supporting cross-functional teams with analysis and data-driven development. Close collaboration with product managers, customer teams, IT, and Digital Analytics.

Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, DV360 & CM360, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic buying and deals
  • Strong knowledge of PLA advertising and feed management
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as GA4, funnel, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of ad optimization on purchased media
  • Strong knowledge of tracking, GTM, CAPI, and setting up conversion tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and Cookies
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation and integrations as well as APIs
  • Strong knowledge of AI and practical application areas

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and develop automation solutions within digital advertising
  • Drive development within our digital marketing portfolio
  • Set up, optimize, and quality assure campaigns in DV360/CM360 and larger advertising platforms (Google/Meta, etc.).
  • Drive integrations and automation between platforms (APIs, webhooks) and activation via CDP/Marketing Automation/CRM.
  • Build tracking, reporting, and analysis in GA4; spread insights and educate teams.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising (SEM, SoMe, Display) and martech.
  • Familiarity with DV360/CM360 as well as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Experience with API integrations
  • Data-driven analysis and reporting in GA4.
