Nordic Investin Group is a dynamic corporate group with over 20 brands in education, consulting, technology, and business development. Our goal is to create the companies of the future – and our brands are exposed both nationally and internationally.

Our marketing team currently consists of three dedicated colleagues, and we are now looking for an experienced and results-oriented Graphic Designer who wants to take a central role in building our visual expression to the highest level.

Your Role

As a graphic designer, you will be a key player in our marketing department. You will not only produce materials but also drive the creative development of our brands and ensure a high visual standard in everything we do.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage graphic profiles for our various brands within the group.
• Deliver professional design solutions for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, advertisements, and print materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create unified communication with high visual impact.
• Contribute to establishing Nordic Investin Group as a leading visual player, both in Sweden and internationally.
• Support management with graphic materials in connection with major strategic projects, investor presentations, and international collaborations.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who not only has technical skills but also the ability to think strategically about design and brand building. You are used to taking responsibility, delivering at a high pace, and want to be part of an expansive journey.

Requirements:

• At least 3–5 years of documented experience as a graphic designer, preferably from an agency or larger marketing department.
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
• Experience in building and implementing graphic profiles for multiple brands simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt materials for different target groups and channels, from social media to print.
• High creative level combined with business understanding and a sense of brand strategy.
• Strong portfolio showcasing breadth and high quality.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience in international marketing.
• Competence in UX/UI design.
• Experience working with AI-driven design tools and marketing automation.

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is clear and efficient. We start with a short interview and then proceed with a more comprehensive work sample. As part of the process, we conduct background checks and take at least three references. You will also need to submit your portfolio along with your application. The entire process, from first contact to hiring decision, usually takes 1–3 weeks if everything goes smoothly.
