The Department of Education in Bollnäs Municipality is responsible for preschools, preschool classes, after-school care, primary schools, and adapted primary schools. Currently, we are responsible for a total of 16 municipal preschools and 9 primary schools.

Description

Alirskolan is a primary school and adapted primary school where TOGETHER is an important value.

In the school year 2025-2026, we will have approximately 335 students. We have good access to student health professionals; the school's student health team includes a counselor, psychologist, school nurse, study and career counselor, special educator, and two special teachers. The position is a temporary contract and covers 50%.

Start date January 7, 2026, or as agreed.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for teaching in science (biology, chemistry, physics) together with a teaching colleague.

You will be part of one of the primary school's working teams. Together with colleagues and other staff at the school, you will contribute to our school's improvement work. During the spring term of 2026, you will meet 4 classes two out of three work shifts per week as you work in a co-teaching system. Your colleague will be solely responsible for one of the three shifts.

Qualifications

We are looking for a certified teacher with qualifications in biology, chemistry, and physics for grades 7-9 in primary school. You contribute your knowledge and experiences to the school’s collective work. You have a good ability to develop positive relationships in collaboration with students, guardians, and colleagues.
