We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We would like you to easily collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to children's needs.

Qualifications:

• Qualified preschool teacher with preschool teacher certification
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
• You are well acquainted with the curriculum's goals regarding teaching and learning.
• You have experience working and leading systematic quality work at the group level.
• You have good knowledge of Office365
• It is a strong merit if you have previous experience working with Montessori pedagogy or are a Montessori teacher
• It is a strong merit if you have previous experience working in preschool activities

Norlandia Preschools Regnbågsbacken is nestled in a residential area with a wonderfully lush yard with the opportunity to take us to the forest. We work with Montessori inspiration where children have the opportunity to develop according to their own drive. Children's participation and influence permeate our teaching.

Working hours: Daytime, meeting time in the evenings may occur

Start date: December 2025

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by presenting that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
