We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We prefer that you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to children's needs.

Qualifications:

• Educated preschool teacher with preschool teacher certification.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• You are well acquainted with the preschool curriculum.
• You have experience working and leading systematic quality work at the group level.
• You have good knowledge of the preschool's value foundation.
• You have good knowledge of Office365.
• It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience working in preschool activities.

Norlandia Preschools Spira is located near the forest and in the central part of Hille. We work age-divided across three departments with a theme throughout the year where creativity, reading aloud, and outdoor pedagogy are the cornerstones of our teaching. We strive for all children to feel the joy of play, learning, movement, and new discoveries every day. Our own chef offers daily taste experiences and energy. The educators participate in the pursuit of knowledge, lead movement games, and teach each child about the importance of living sustainably.

At Norlandia Preschools, we offer you professional development every term based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You will be part of our unique concepts, professional development days at the preschool, central initiatives, and offerings through our digital learning platform Prion.

Employment form: probationary employment for 6 months, which will transition to permanent unless otherwise decided

Scope: 75%

Working hours: daytime

Start date: October 1 

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance.
