Customer Receptionist for Technical Department at Skaraborg Air Force Wing, F 7
Skaraborg Air Force Wing, F 7 is looking for a customer receptionist for the Technical Department at the logistics unit at F 7.
The technical department coordinates technical services for ground and base material within the garrison. The department is divided into a technical customer reception (TKM) which is the garrison's main referral regarding material maintenance for ground and base material, technical system support (TSS) which is the garrison's competence center with deep knowledge of the existing material systems within the garrison, and a newly started mechanics school (MekS) tasked with training both employed personnel and conscripts on technical systems.

Main Responsibilities
As a customer receptionist, your main task is to staff a customer reception. A large part of this task is to receive, prepare, and prioritize the garrison's maintenance needs, establish, report back, and finalize orders. The work requires good dialogue with various maintenance orderers.
A large part of the ordering and reporting work is carried out in the Armed Forces' IT systems PRIO (SAP) and LIFT. The tasks must be solved at all levels of preparedness (peace, crisis, and war). The work also involves participation in the operation and maintenance of the garrison's care facilities.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Approved high school education
- Good computer skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Driving license B for manual transmission
- Swedish citizenship
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone with great social competence and a sense of service. You are meticulous and unpretentious, a good team player who is used to collaborating with others but also has the ability to work independently. You have a good sense of order and can handle temporary peaks in workload. You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing.
We also see that you are a good representative of the Armed Forces and stand behind our values. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
Meritorious:
- High school education with a production/vehicle technology focus or equivalent knowledge that the employer can assess as equivalent
- Completed military service or previous work in the Armed Forces
- Experience as a customer receptionist or similar
- Experience as a vehicle mechanic/mechanic
- Knowledge of the Armed Forces support systems PRIO/LIFT
- Higher driving license category C/CE/D

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. The lowest placement for this position is 29,000 SEK, and we also take previous work experience and competence into account.
The position requires physical and mental ability, undertaking business trips, participating in training and exercises in the war organization.

Skaraborg Air Force Wing is a versatile and unique air wing. Here, there is combat aviation as well as the Armed Forces' combined resources of transport and special aviation. We conduct basic and position training for conscripted recruits and train all Swedish and foreign Gripen pilots. The unit also participates in many missions. In Sweden, operations are located in Såtenäs, Malmen, Arlanda, and Karlsborg. Abroad, we are responsible for Gripen support in Thailand and for the Swedish personnel at the international transport aviation cooperation Heavy Airlift Wing in Hungary.
