A nurse at Norlandia Elderly Care is a valuable key person, and we are looking for someone who is skilled in their profession and enjoys meeting people in various situations. Together with the team, including care tasks, rehabilitation, and management, we collaborate around the resident to provide a good life every day.

The specific competence of the licensed nurse is care. This includes both the scientific knowledge area and the patient-centered work based on a humanistic view of people. You are responsible for ensuring that our residents' health and medical care needs are met.

As a nurse, you are responsible for and lead the care work. This means independently, in team collaboration, and in partnership with the resident and their relatives, being responsible for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. An important task is also to guide, support, and educate other care staff and be a good role model for your colleagues.

You work with care in everything you do, with great personal responsibility, and have the ability to prioritize and lead others even in changing circumstances. Flexibility and collegial collaboration are of great importance in the assignment.

The operation is surrounded by the exciting GoCo area, pleasant residential neighborhoods, and calming green spaces. In the GoCo area, there are service facilities such as restaurants and cafes, among others. Directly connected are bus services to Mölndal's city center with a mall, shops, cafes, and other service facilities.

Norlandia GoLife has 60 bright and modern apartments distributed across six units - for people with dementia and/or somatic conditions.

• We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse
• It is an advantage if you have previous experience as a nurse in elderly care
• You need to have good knowledge of health and medical care regulations
• You master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing
• We would like you to have knowledge of documentation based on ICF and KVÅ
• We want you to have good knowledge of the national quality registers relevant to the operations

Extent: full-time

Start date: By agreement

Probationary employment: we apply a 6-month probationary period

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to present a criminal record extract. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
