Dafgårds is in a growth phase and investments are being made to ensure we can continue to grow in the future. At the bakery in Källby, we bake our appreciated breads and pastries from scratch using Swedish flour from Västergötland. We never stand still, and with the company's success comes the need for more skilled employees. We are now expanding the organization and are looking for a salesperson for Region South within the business area of Grocery Trade Bread & Pastries. The district is well-managed with high growth over the past few years, and we are now one of the market leaders in store-baked food and pastry bread.

As a salesperson, you will work with a strong and well-known brand in Dafgård on the Swedish grocery market. You will be part of a wonderful team with a customer focus that puts energy into what we can actually influence. The region you will be responsible for is Skåne, so a suitable place of residence for the role is Malmö and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities

Do you want to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on business acumen and building long-term relationships in an entrepreneurial family business?

Your task is to be responsible for sales development in your district within the bread & pastry segment. The district includes about 170 stores in Skåne and parts of Halland.

You will enter a category that is highly appreciated in stores and rewarding to work with, where you drive sales and the development of our product range within your district and help stores create an attractive and profitable bakery department. In the role of salesperson, you will, together with your colleagues, advise existing and new customers on the right solutions in the bread category. We want to grow together with our customers, and your focus is therefore to drive mutual growth for both Dafgård and the stores.

You report to the Sales Manager for Bread, and the position is home-based.

Qualifications & Attributes

We are looking for someone driven by sales and customer service, who will belong to a company with a strong sales force and an attractive product portfolio. You are a positive and solution-oriented person with a sense of responsibility and a strong personal drive that enables you to work independently. You thrive in a high-performing work environment.

You should have a few years of experience in the grocery trade, preferably with responsibility for purchasing or category management. Experience as a field salesperson is a merit but not a requirement.

Other qualifications we seek for the position of Salesperson:

· B driver's license.

· Experience working with Microsoft Office.

· Good ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing.
