With 1,000 experts in nearly 100 units across the country, Falck is Sweden's most complete provider of health and occupational services. We offer occupational health care, crisis and personnel support, organizational and leadership development, transition and career services, as well as primary care and health services for individuals. Falck's health and occupational services reach 1.2 million people across Sweden and contribute to a sustainable work and private life for all.
Are you curious about the connection between ergonomics, work, and health? Do you want to work in a broad and varied role where your knowledge contributes to creating good conditions for a sustainable work and private life? Falck in Lycksele is now looking for a Licensed Physiotherapist to join their team!
As a Physiotherapist/ergonomist at Falck Health and Occupational Life, you will work consultatively and value-creating in cross-functional teams that, in addition to Physiotherapists/ergonomists, consist of company doctors, behavioral scientists, company nurses, etc., all working collaboratively with our clients and their employees to achieve good results. You will work from a broader perspective than just focusing on the patient and have the opportunity to influence in contact with the employer. This can involve everything from health assessments, evaluation and treatment of work-related issues, suggestions for workplace adjustments at the individual level to assessments of the workplace's ergonomic conditions at group and organizational levels, customized training, risk assessments, and the development of health-promoting initiatives for physical training and stress management. You are thus contributing to creating a sustainable work life at the societal level!
You will work with:
- Assessment and treatment regarding the musculoskeletal system and stress
- Ergonomic mapping of loads at both individual and group levels
- Ergonomic risk assessment and intervention
- Work environment training
- Health-promoting work
We are looking for a Licensed Physiotherapist, preferably with experience from occupational health or similar activities, as well as:
- good clinical experience in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal issues
- proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- the ability and interest to deliver in digital tools and be involved in Falck's digital journey
- preferable with ergonomic training, TIPPA, MEBA, McKenzie, or other assessment tools
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people, their health, and work environment. You enjoy working together with others to achieve increased benefits for our clients. As a person, you are a team player, goal-oriented, proactive, curious, and business-minded with a solution-focused approach.
You recognize yourself in our Winning Behaviours:
- We care
- We build trust
- Together we create more value
We offer you:
- Collective agreement, good market-based benefits
- Access to close and coaching leadership, friendly colleagues, and a company that cares about the whole person!
- To work as an important key resource in cross-functional teams with expertise in health and occupational life
- Independent and varied work but with colleagues across the country for knowledge and experience exchange in various digital/physical forums
- An exciting workplace with a vast breadth of expertise that guarantees continuous learning in a developing company with internal opportunities for growth
- A creative space to tailor solutions for our clients represented across all industries, with the ability to influence and create results at both individual and organizational levels
- To be part of influencing one of Sweden's future industries in a global company with the strength to fulfill an important societal function
Other:
Permanent employment with start date according to agreement. Working hours 50%, but may eventually become a full-time position. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding weekends.
