Your responsibilities:
As a coordinator, you are a key person responsible for receiving orders from units requesting substitutes, planning short- and long-term absences in consultation with unit managers. In consultation with the unit managers, you ensure that the need for staff is met by actively recruiting, interviewing, and preparing for the hiring of new staff. Your role as a coordinator also involves organizing and maintaining routines for good order and clarity, as well as ensuring good planning and introduction for new employees and interns.

You are secure and stable and collaborate well with others. It is important that you can work independently, have a broad understanding of the operations, and take responsibility in your role. You remain calm in pressured situations and plan and organize your work effectively.
You are confident in yourself and always have a respectful approach.

Competence/qualifications:
We are looking for someone who has completed high school studies and has experience in elderly care, both in direct care and in administrative roles. To succeed in this role, you need to have experience in recruitment and working in a politically governed organization.
About our organization
Welcome to Sorsele municipality's care administration. We work with support and care for the elderly and people with disabilities. The goal is for them to be able to live as active and independent lives as possible. In Sorsele, there are three special accommodations, Norrskenet, Åbacken, and Utsikten. We have a short-term accommodation, Vintergatan. The home care service in Sorsele municipality consists of four workgroups, two in Sorsele community, one group in Gargnäs, and one group in Ammarnäs.
You will work closely with the management team of the elderly care, which consists of the operations manager, unit managers for special accommodation/short-term accommodation, unit manager for LSS accommodation, unit manager for home care, and MAS (medically responsible nurse).

Scope: Full-time
Duration: Permanent
Start date: By agreement.

Salary: The municipality applies individual salary setting.
