Starting salary for recent graduates is 32,000 SEK/month plus an additional 2,500 SEK/week for full-time work during the period 20260615 - 20260809. To be eligible for the bonus according to this offer, you need to be trained and work continuously for at least 4 weeks during the specified period.

Your tasks

As an occupational therapist within the Care and Nursing Home, you work at the primary care level with multi-ill elderly. You are responsible for rehabilitative efforts in close collaboration with other professionals, and guidance of care staff is also an important part of the job.

As an occupational therapist within Home Health Care, you work with the usual tasks of an occupational therapist at the primary care level. The work takes place in ordinary housing, and you are responsible for rehabilitative efforts in close collaboration with other professionals. We are also looking for occupational therapists for Umeå Northern Short-Term Center.

About you

We are looking for both newly graduated and experienced occupational therapists. Experience from working in home health care and/or elderly care is desirable. If you have experience in assessment and testing of assistive devices, it is a merit.

You have good initiative and are good at thinking outside the box. You have the ability to work independently while recognizing the importance of collaboration with various professional groups, where the patient also has an active role. Of course, you have a good, respectful attitude and are attentive and open in your contacts with both the individuals being cared for and their relatives. You are good at collaborating and want to contribute to good communication and cooperation with other actors.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

The job requires you to have a B driver's license.

Other

Temporary position from 2026-06-08 to 2026-08-21. For those who already have a license, it may be possible to start your employment earlier.
