For those with more than 3 years of experience, we offer an additional 6250 SEK/week, which means 25,000 SEK/month on top of your base salary during the period from 2026-06-15 to 2026-08-09. This means a base salary and a bonus of 25,000 SEK/month. To be eligible for the bonus under this offer, you need to be trained and work continuously throughout the specified period. Before the summer of 2026, we can offer occupational therapists registered in another municipality free accommodation subject to availability.

Your tasks

As an occupational therapist within the Care and Nursing Home, you work at the primary care level with multi-sick elderly patients. You are responsible for rehabilitative efforts in close collaboration with other professionals, and guidance of care staff is also an important part of the job.

As an occupational therapist within Home Care, you work with the usual tasks of an occupational therapist at the primary care level. The work takes place in ordinary housing, and you are responsible for rehabilitative efforts in close collaboration with other professionals. We are also looking for occupational therapists for Umeå Northern Short-Term Center.

About you

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist. If you also have experience from working in home care and/or elderly care, it is desirable.

You have good initiative and are good at thinking innovatively. You have the ability to work independently while recognizing the importance of collaboration with various professional groups, where the patient also has an active role. Of course, you have a good, respectful approach and are attentive and open in your contacts with both the individuals being cared for and their relatives. You are good at collaborating and want to contribute to good communication and cooperation with other actors.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

The job requires that you have a B driver's license.
