Within the health and medical care administration, primary care, dental care, and hospital care are gathered in a common administration and organized into county and local healthcare areas. In the local healthcare area of Skellefteå, the Emergency Department, Medical and Geriatric Clinic, Rehabilitation Center, Psychiatric Clinic, 1177, Center for Surgical Operations, and primary care in Skellefteå and Norsjö are included. Together, these aim to provide good and close care.

Norsjö Health Center is part of Skellefteå Primary Care West along with Erikslid, Heimdall, and Bolidens Health Centers.

In the community of Norsjö, with its approximately 4000 inhabitants, most residents are registered at Norsjö Health Center. We are about 20 employees and we run various clinics such as district nurses and nursing assistants, diabetes, asthma/COPD, and minor emergency care. Our rehabilitation team successfully works with assessment, treatment, and sick leave issues. We offer patients with mental health issues contact with the psychosocial team. The building also houses a child health clinic and midwifery clinic. Our close dialogue with hospitals, municipalities, and other partners ensures that cooperation around patients is smooth and very effective despite the long distances. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a physiotherapist with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel secure.

You will meet children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly and work with assessment, treatment, and advice regarding issues related to the musculoskeletal system. Together with your future colleagues, we support and help each other and strive for an open climate. You will work independently but also as part of a team, both within physiotherapy and towards other professional categories. We are looking for someone who is driven and wants to help develop physiotherapy in the unit and in our western area within primary care Skellefteå.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist/physical therapist, preferably with experience from working in primary care. A B driver's license is a requirement.

We seek someone who is accustomed to independent work and who finds it easy to collaborate with people from different professions. You should have good initiative, be flexible, and open to changes within the area of operations.
