Your Role

In this position, you will work as a Scrum Master with one or more teams in software development. You will be part of an environment where we value collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement. We are currently reviewing our working methods, where you will play an important role in both supporting the teams in their daily work and contributing to change on a broader scale.

As a Scrum Master, you are a key person in creating structure, energy, and direction for the teams. You lead and facilitate important Scrum events, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos. You are responsible for visualizing the teams' progress, following up on sprint results, and supporting the team in achieving their goals - while helping to remove obstacles along the way.

In addition to daily work, you will also be an important ambassador for the agile working method throughout the organization. You will be an active part in challenging established patterns, sharing experiences with other Scrum Masters, and driving improvements.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in complex environments, who is self-driven, communicative, and has a good ability to collaborate with different types of people. You are structured, attentive, and not afraid to come up with new ideas. With your curiosity and engagement, you create energy in the teams and motivate others to want to develop.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Good experience with agile development methods and agile leadership.
• Technical understanding of software development.
• A habit of coaching teams and individuals.
• Previous experience working in the Scrum Master role.
• Experience working in larger organizations.
• Good knowledge of Jira or similar tools.

It is an advantage if you have a Scrum Master certification.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
