We are now looking for a new Project Developer based in Umeå.

Make a Difference with Us

The Project Developer is responsible for the early stages of projects, driving and leading the work of engaging customers for the sale of maintenance and renovation projects. As a Project Developer, your main focus will be to generate business with customers in the early stages and build relationships within the local market area of property management. If needed, the Project Developer may also act as a project manager in later stages of the projects.

You will collaborate with property management to identify project potentials and work with a multi-year budget for projects in your area. The Project Developer is responsible for Renovation's participation in sales activities such as fairs, customer events, etc., and represents Renovation in local collaboration forums within property management concerning upcoming projects.

Contribute with Your Skills and Commitment

You are a trained construction engineer or civil engineer or have several years of work experience in the real estate or contracting industry. You have several years of experience leading renovation projects and have worked as a project manager in the real estate industry for 3-5 years. Experience with Riksbyggen's renovation operations and renovation agreements is an advantage. As a person, you are ambitious, responsible, and helpful. You inspire, engage, and motivate alongside your colleagues. It is important that you have good leadership qualities, strong collaboration skills, and are attentive to your customers.

As an employee in a cooperative company, it is essential to be business-minded and have the ability to see and meet customer needs. It is important that you can communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as your drive and communication skills are key to good collaboration with both customers and colleagues.

The position is based at our office in Umeå, and the geography for the position is Umeå and surrounding areas. The full-time position requires a driver's license and access to a personal vehicle. Some evening meetings may occur.
