Djurgården's Montessori Preschool is one of Stockholm's oldest parent cooperatives with over 30 years of presence in the picturesque Djurgården in Stockholm. Currently, we have 22 children divided into two departments and five employees. The preschool's management consists of an appointed board and a principal who leads the daily operations of the preschool.

We are now looking for a resource educator who, together with the team, will work to create a safe, stimulating, and meaningful everyday life for the preschool's children.

We are looking for someone who is interested in Montessori pedagogy. With the support of other colleagues and the principal, you as a resource educator will work to ensure that the educational activities are designed so that all children feel good and develop in accordance with the goals and regulations that govern the preschool. Your role in the team will be to support one child so that they can participate in the activities alongside their peers. It is important that you can easily establish and balance good relationships with both children, parents, and colleagues. Personal qualities that we value include being positive, clear, secure, attentive, and cheerful. The position is 85%, starting from 2026-01-08 until 2026-06-30.
