About the Role

As Rituals' new Assistant Shop Manager, you strive to transform your store into a place where you and your colleagues love to work, and your customers love to shop. This includes:

• Driving the store's results by ensuring excellent customer service, productive teamwork, and efficient routines.
• Being the right hand of the Shop Manager and ready to take over Shop Manager responsibilities when needed.
• Supporting your colleagues to reach their full potential by coaching, developing, and being a good role model.
• Building a culture of trust together with your Shop Manager based on positive and constructive feedback.

Requirements

As an Assistant Shop Manager, you inspire your team and together achieve the store's goals regarding customer satisfaction and sales. You understand the importance of excellent customer service and are passionate about supporting and developing others. Additionally, you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within retail or customer service.
• Strong ability to coach and develop a team.
• Solution-oriented mindset and ownership.
• Collaborative, attentive, and communicative.
• Good system and data skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• You are 18 years or older.
