Ultrapolymers is a leading European distributor of polymers with a broad product portfolio in plastics and rubber. With a unique collection of high-quality materials, we serve a variety of industries, including automotive, packaging, medical, construction, electronics, and HVAC. Our Swedish office is strategically located in central Gothenburg, and we actively work towards the Nordic and Baltic markets with contacts and collaborations across Europe.
As an Inside Sales Representative with us, you will be an important part of our sales team, working closely with field sales representatives, product managers, and customers to maintain and develop existing business. Your responsibilities include managing customer portfolios, preparing quotes, handling orders, and ensuring daily contact and communication both internally and externally.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking the initiative for customer contact. Between ongoing cases, it is a natural part of the job to proactively pick up the phone and drive customer dialogues forward. You should view outgoing calls as an important tool for strengthening relationships and finding new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers in the Nordics where you work towards set goals
- Perform and follow up on commercial and administrative tasks related to the customer portfolio
- Prepare quotes, handle incoming orders, manage pricing, and check credit terms
- Ensure proactive contact and effective communication with both customers and colleagues primarily via phone, email, and Teams
- Contribute to a deeper understanding of customer needs as well as the collection and compilation of market information
- Ensure that customer information in the CRM system is relevant and up to date
- Continuously work on the company's image regarding reception and customer service
- Build strong trusting relationships with existing and new customers to create sustainable business and growth
Qualifications
- Possess a recognized university degree in industrial economics, business administration, or education in materials technology or chemical engineering
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Meritorious
- Experience in a similar role within B2B as an inside sales representative or order receiver
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge of another Nordic language
