About the assignment The assignment is part of the Next Generation Intranet program and focuses on ensuring the organization’s understanding, preparation, and adoption of a new intranet platform. You will be the link between projects and operations, working together with communication, IT, and global markets to drive engagement and willingness to change. The work is structured through the ADKAR model.

Your tasks

Support the development and implementation of change strategy and plan (ADKAR).

Contribute to change governance, working methods, and success criteria.

Map and follow up stakeholders and conduct readiness analyses.

Support leader dialogues, workshops, and sponsorship.

Create audience-specific communication materials and simpler engagement activities.

Participate in communication and engagement planning.

Gather feedback, conduct readiness assessments, and follow up on adoption.

Collaborate with PO, BA/Scrum Master, and IT regarding project milestones.

Support local communicators and champions in global markets.

Contributions to Change Management Strategy & Plan

Documentation and support for communication and engagement plans

Documentation for readiness and adoption tracking

Materials for playbook/toolkit

Status updates to project management and steering group

Your profile

Experience in change management in larger organizations

Documented familiarity with the ADKAR model

Good communication skills and confidence in stakeholder dialogues

Understanding of intranets, digital workplaces, or internal communication is a plus

Experience with Microsoft Teams or working with non-office employees is a plus

Personal qualities You are structured, self-driven, and have a positive “can-do” attitude. You thrive in the intersection of operations, communication, and IT, creating order even in complex environments.
