We are looking for an experienced and driven consultant who wants to contribute to a stable and high-quality service desk function in a larger and complex IT environment. You are passionate about troubleshooting, user support, and creating security and efficiency in digital work environments.

Responsibilities

• Operational work in the daily operations of the service desk
• Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues at client, network, and user levels
• Account management and permission administration in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of clients and applications
• Documentation of procedures, solutions, and improvement suggestions
• Active participation in improvement work and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

• At least five years of documented experience in service desk or technical support
• Very good understanding of ITIL and practical experience with relevant processes

Requirements for solid technical competence in the following areas:

• Microsoft 365
• Active Directory
• Windows clients
• Networks
• Remote control tools
• Ticket management systems

Meritorious

• Experience in troubleshooting in complex IT environments
• Experience in managing permissions and user accounts
• Experience in client rollout
