We are looking for someone to work as a part-time assistance officer and contribute to ensuring that people receive the right support and help. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Investigate and process applications for assistance according to the Social Services Act (SoL).
- Conduct needs assessments and make decisions on various interventions.
- Maintain contact with care recipients, relatives, and providers.
- Document and follow up on decisions in accordance with applicable legislation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other actors to create the best possible support.
You will work independently but also in close collaboration with other colleagues and professionals. You will collaborate with other functions within social services, other authorities, and inpatient care.
As a person, you are structured with the ability to flexibly adapt to new conditions and prioritize based on what happens during the day.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who:
- Are a trained social worker or studying to become one.
- Have completed the course in Social Law.
- Have an interest in authority functions and a professional approach.
Experience in case management is an advantage, but not a requirement; we also welcome you who are at the end of your education and want to gain practical experience.
With us, you will have the opportunity to fully utilize your experience while developing in an organization that constantly strives to improve support for all residents of the municipality.
As the work requires contacts, both internally and externally, you have good collaboration skills while being able to work independently. You take initiative and are communicative with a positive attitude. You need to have a solution-focused approach in your work and work with the individual in focus.
Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
The work involves travel, and a driver's license is a requirement.
