Job Responsibilities

As a membership recruiter, you will work in residential areas, primarily in Sörmland but also in nearby municipalities. Your main goal is to meet tenants where they live, create trusting conversations, and offer membership in Hyresgästföreningen. You are Hyresgästföreningen's ambassador outward with your ear to the ground. You, along with your colleagues, play a crucial role in helping us achieve our ambitious goals as an organization. We prefer that you have extensive work experience, and if you have sales experience, it is a merit. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability for the position.

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting by agreement. The employment begins with a six-month probationary period. We have a collective agreement, and the salary is commission-based with a fixed base salary. The position includes travel, so a driver's license and access to a car are required.
