Are you currently working or have you worked in the industry – perhaps as a machine operator or production technician – and feel it's time to do something new? CARL BECHEM SCANDINAVIA is looking for someone who wants to step from the workshop floor into a role where you build new relationships, solve customer problems, and work with technical sales towards the industry.

Who are we looking for?

You do not need previous sales experience – the most important thing is that you understand the needs of the industry and are driven to create solutions for the customer. You will receive a solid introduction, collaboration with experienced colleagues, and support in your development as a technical salesperson.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience from the industry, preferably in cutting machining, manufacturing, or workshop industry
Is curious about developing in sales and building long-term customer relationships
Is self-driven, service-oriented, and enjoys finding solutions
Has a B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish and English

Your new everyday life:

As a technical salesperson, you will:

Contact both new and existing customers within the industry.
Schedule and conduct customer visits, sales meetings, and work with prospecting.
Work with technical advice and problem-solving.
Work from a home office and are expected to live in or near Västerås, Eskilstuna, Köping, or Arboga.
Receive support from an experienced team and a mentor at the beginning of your journey
