We belong to SLSO, Stockholm County's healthcare area and currently have about 13,500 registered patients. We are a relatively large health center with over 50 employees in various professions, such as specialists in general medicine, ST-BT-AT doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, psychosocial teams, and administrative staff.

We are now looking for you who are a licensed psychologist and, together with a multidisciplinary psychosocial team, want to help provide the best care for our children and youth in the expanded assignment for ages 6-17. Jakobsbergs University Health Center provides care for mild to moderate mental health issues in children, adolescents, and adults. For children and youth, we have an expanded assignment and receive patients from seven additional health centers in Järfälla municipality. The entire psychosocial team, which includes both child, youth, and adult assignments, currently consists of 4 psychologists and 2 social workers.
We want to be at the forefront when it comes to new working methods and digitization. We see opportunities to constantly develop and improve our patient work.
The health center is located at Jakobsbergs Hospital, and we have close cooperation with our healthcare neighbors.
Jakobsbergs, Gustavsbergs, and Liljeholmens University Health Centers, together with the Academic Primary Care Center (APC), form a university healthcare unit within primary care in Region Stockholm. The clinic-based organization shall provide health and medical care while also conducting and promoting clinical research, basic and continuing education, knowledge dissemination, and implementation of new research results. Job Description:
Primary care has first-line care for mental health issues, which means early psychological assessments, acute assessments, providing shorter therapeutic conversation series for mild or moderate mental health issues such as stress, sleep difficulties, depression, anxiety, and acting-out behaviors.
We offer support conversations, crisis support, psychoeducational support, and psychological treatment.
We conduct psychiatric assessments but do not perform specialist psychiatric investigations.
We offer both physical and digital care. Digital visits are conducted via the app Always Open.
The work requires broad competence and independence.
Requirements:
Licensed psychologist with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Previous experience working in primary care and with children and youth is of great importance. Good computer skills and experience with the TakeCare journal system are advantageous. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, minimum level C.
Employment Type:
Permanent employment. Full-time 100%. A probationary period may be applied. Working hours Monday to Friday. Start date by agreement.

- in addition to Swedish professional authorization, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
