As a planner at Livara Home Care, you play a central role in ensuring that our operations run efficiently and that our customers receive the right assistance at the right time. You work closely with both care staff and management and proactively engage in planning, staffing, and communication.
Your main responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate daily services within home care.
• Schedule staff based on customer needs and resource availability.
• Maintain ongoing contact with employees, customers, and relatives.
• Work in digital operational systems and manage documentation.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience working in home care or healthcare.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and has good communication skills.
• Is computer literate and comfortable working in digital planning systems.
• Is confident in taking initiative and enjoys working both independently and in a team.
