FBC Lerum is a floorball club with a strong value base, and our goal is to create the best possible conditions for everyone who wants to experience floorball.

Conditions for training and matches are a central part of the job, and you will encounter athletes at all levels, from para, children and youth to elite. In the role of sports coordinator, you are the first point of contact, and a large part of your working time will involve direct contact with the section, athletes, the club, and our members. The role includes being a support to coaches and leaders, assisting with administration, strengthening our brand, and contributing to the club's development. You will also work on retaining and engaging our members for as long as possible.

Who are you? We are looking for someone with experience in the role of coordinator, sports consultant, or another position that has involved project work or coordination in the association world. Knowledge of associations is a competence we see as meritorious in this role, as well as experience working in an organization driven by volunteers. We prefer that you have relevant post-secondary education in sports/sport management or another education that we find equivalent. You are administratively skilled and have good knowledge of digital tools and Microsoft 365.

As a person, you are curious, social, solution-oriented, and structured with a natural drive for improvement processes. You enjoy taking your own initiatives and working independently.

About the position:

• Start: Immediately, by agreement

• Scope: Full-time, with a 6-month probationary period

• Working hours: Unregulated working hours (office hours but work in the evenings and weekends may occur)

• Location: Office in Lerum

• Collective agreement: Yes
