In the autumn of 2025, Andénska High School will open, a brand new high school focused on international business and relations. Do you want to help shape the future of education from the ground up? Andénska High School offers social science and economics programs with a unique profile in international business, relations, and project management. We collaborate closely with the business community and international actors to provide our students with tools such as real-world cases, international experiences, and mentors from the business world. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for teachers qualified in the subjects of law, economics, philosophy, psychology, social studies, Swedish, English, mathematics, sports and health, history, and Spanish.

As a teacher at Andénska High School, you will:

• Teach in the social science and economics programs, focusing on international business and project management.
• Utilize our unique schedule with longer class periods to create deeper learning.
• Set clear goals and provide students with regular, constructive feedback.
• Integrate digital tools and work with real-world cases.
• Lead and participate in developing concepts for our project weeks where project management is a central part of the teaching.
• Actively collaborate with your colleagues to reflect on teaching methods and learning.

At Andénska High School, internationalization and collaboration with the business community run as a common thread throughout the education. You will develop your skills in project management through our partner Projektform and pass on this knowledge to the students.

We see pedagogical development as an important part of the work, and you are expected to actively contribute to collegial learning. Feedback from students is used to develop both your teaching and the school's operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified high school teacher in several of the relevant subjects.
• Has experience leading work and development in the economics and social science programs.
• Has a strong interest in internationalization, project management, and entrepreneurship.
• Will actively contribute to developing and implementing the school's vision, profile, and pedagogical methods.
• Wants to be involved in building routines and structures for the school's daily operations.
• Contributes to creating an inclusive and inspiring culture from the ground up, where students and staff thrive and develop.
• Is updated on GY25 and DNP.
• Collaborates with management and colleagues to establish the school's relationships with the business community and international actors as well as universities and colleges to provide students with a reality-based education.
• Sees the opportunity to help shape a new school as a unique chance to influence the operations deeply and is driven by thinking innovatively.
