JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At Hjortsjöskolan 7-9, we are looking for a teacher for Spanish instruction (approximately 50%) with the possibility to combine with Swedish/English. You will plan, conduct, and evaluate your educational work in accordance with the applicable curriculum and governing documents, as well as perform other tasks related to the profession.

We work to ensure that all children feel responsible, show respect, and consideration for people and the environment. We aim to provide a meaningful activity from the moment the student arrives in the morning until they go home; to succeed, each employee must contribute from their position to ensure the whole functions and that our school community grows!

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with strong competencies who is interested in learning and school development. We expect you to approach challenges and pedagogical questions in an open and innovative way and contribute your skills to the entire team. In the classroom, you are a clear pedagogical leader who creates trust, engagement, security, and accessibility. You are expected to work from a subject-didactic perspective, which you will receive introduction and training for upon starting.

Collaborating and establishing good relationships with students, guardians, colleagues, and external actors is essential in your role. You will document and follow up on each student and maintain continuous dialogue with students, subject teachers, mentors, and guardians.

You are a licensed teacher with qualifications to teach Spanish and Swedish/English. We place great importance on your personal abilities.
