In this role, you will have a key position in ensuring that our IT systems run smoothly, from user support to troubleshooting networks and systems. You will work closely with both end users and technical specialists, giving you great opportunities to grow in a dynamic and knowledge-driven environment.

You will be part of an international digital team with 14 employees working in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Poland. The team is led by a manager based in Denmark.

Brief about the role:

  • You are responsible for daily IT support to employees – both on-site and remotely.
  • You work with troubleshooting computers, networks, printers, and other IT-related issues.
  • You manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
  • You are an important part of our improvement work within IT and contribute to increasing user satisfaction and security.

Qualifications:

  • High school education in IT, technology, or equivalent. YH or higher is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Windows environment, Office 365, and networks.
  • Experience with ticket management systems (Jira) is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
