Job Description
Are you technically skilled and enjoy providing support to users on-site or over the phone related to computers, peripherals, and systems? SCB in Örebro is now looking for a knowledgeable IT support. Here you will handle cases via the ticketing system and phone, as well as directly on-site with users in the office.

About the position
In your role, you will be part of a team of 6 people who work together to ensure that your internal employees have the best possible experience with the service desk. As an IT support staff member, you will receive cases through both phone, ticketing system, and on-site. The cases you handle in the team are very varied and there are good opportunities to broaden your IT knowledge.

Start: Immediately after successful security clearance
Extent: Full-time
Location: Örebro
Working hours: 7 AM - 6 PM, with one person opening at 7 AM and one person closing at 6 PM, full staffing from 8 AM - 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities
· Receive and register cases via phone or in SCB's ticketing system
· Handling and troubleshooting client computers, conference technology, printers, and mobile phones
· Management of service cards
· Troubleshooting and installation primarily in a Windows environment
· On-site support for users
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who
· Has experience in IT/technology from high school or university education
· Has at least one (1) year of work experience in a similar role
· Can master the Swedish language fluently in both speech and writing as it is used in daily work
· Has good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security
· Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
· Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., TOPdesk or ServiceNow)
· Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
It is an advantage if you have
· Experience in IT support or another similar service previously
