As a Data Migration Consultant, your main task is to ensure a smooth and technically correct transfer of customer data from existing systems to our HR system, Flex HRM. You are a key person in the onboarding process and responsible for managing data migrations with high precision and efficiency. You act as a technical bridge between the customer, our onboarding team, and other departments, where clear communication is essential to ensure a positive customer experience from the start. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative onboarding team in a fast-growing, technology-focused environment.

• Plan and execute data migrations in collaboration with customers and internal teams. This includes data collection, analysis, and transformation.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process by validating migrated data and correcting any discrepancies.
• Utilize advanced technical skills, particularly in Excel, to streamline data processing and migration.
• Contribute insights and suggestions to continuously improve the migration process, tools, and documentation.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You are communicative and can clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical parties. You thrive in an environment where quality, efficiency, and customer focus are crucial.

We also hope you:

• Have documented experience in data migration, preferably from a SaaS company or similar technical environment.
• Have excellent skills in Excel (advanced functions such as PivotTables, macros, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Have experience with data analysis tools and SQL databases.
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
