We have just received the wonderful trust of becoming a partner to one of Sweden's leading players in energy. We are now launching a long-term investment and are looking for more wonderful engineers who want to join us on the journey towards a smarter and more sustainable future!

What does the role entail?

You will lead and coordinate technically complex projects, including system design, component sizing, testing, and technical analyses. You will have an overview of several technical areas and ensure that everything from load data to piping design meets high quality standards and complies with applicable regulations. You will, among other things:

• Coordinate and oversee technical work across multiple disciplines
• Lead groups or competence centers with significant independent responsibility
• Ensure quality of deliveries and make sure that requirements are met
• Develop technical requirements and ensure collaboration between technical areas
• Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute with facility knowledge and understanding of safety analyses

Who are you?

• Civil or university engineer, or have equivalent technical competence
• Have deep knowledge in your technical area and broad understanding of adjacent disciplines
• Experienced in leading technical projects in complex environments – preferably within nuclear power, hydropower, or similar
• Communicative, structured, and confident in taking responsibility
• Sees the big picture but never misses the details
