You will work alongside a close-knit team where communication and collaboration are key.

We offer you an independent job where you have the opportunity to plan your workday and consult with close colleagues when needed. As a nurse, you will be responsible for setting goals, planning, leading, and following up on care in consultation with the patient and care staff. The assignments are carried out as home visits across a range of residences where you assess both mental and physical conditions. Our patients' needs for health and medical care vary from preventive to advanced medical care, contributing to a varied and stimulating job. We aim to provide person-centered care and support, and you are an important person in many of their daily lives. You will primarily work day shifts with weekend and evening shifts. As our operations are under development, there is an opportunity for you as an employee to influence working methods and approaches. About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse with prior experience in the field. You are a stable and confident nurse with a passion for working in health and medical care and support for functioning. You are independent in your work but also value the importance of collaboration and effective communication with your colleagues and patients. You are structured and have the ability to organize your work effectively, contributing to high-quality care. It is advantageous if you have experience in municipal health and medical care and/or with patients with functional variations. We also see that you have a driver's license (B).
