Since our start in 2021, we have vaccinated over 500,000 people and are today the sole contracted vaccinator for large parts of Västra Götaland. In 2024, we have expanded our health-promoting work with testing, health checks, and certificates – and are now collaborating with companies across the country. At the same time, we are developing a unique concept for mobile preventive care through our rolling clinics, MACC-car.

In addition to health-promoting care, we also carry out assignments in protected environments, primary care, and insurance care as part of a comprehensive solution for modern healthcare.

About the position

You will be responsible for and work clinically in our testing unit in Borås. We see it as a given that we help each other with our common goal, therefore work in other locations in the vicinity of VGR may occur in case of vacancies.

The position involves, in addition to clinical work in our testing units, also logistical and administrative tasks where the right materials and equipment must be available in our operations and monitored and reported to the responsible person.

Our operations are primarily active Monday to Friday, and working hours will be scheduled for these days. Evening and weekend work may occur. Our unit in Borås is currently open for testing on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

The employment form is flexible as needed by the hour and suits you who wish to work sporadically alongside studies, as an extra job, or are retired.

Start according to agreement; we are working with ongoing selection in this recruitment.

You are responsible for:

  • Clinical work with venipuncture and other relevant checks
  • Logistics regarding materials and equipment
  • Reporting of simpler KPIs
  • Customer interaction

Your qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, flexible, responsible, socially outgoing, and has excellent collaboration skills. You need to be very confident in your role and see the importance of a professional team that complements each other towards a common goal.

You must share our core values regarding SAFE, ETHICAL, and SECURE care.

  • Requirement for protected professional title as a nursing assistant or equivalent service certificate
  • Requirement for at least one year of clinical experience in venipuncture
  • Meritorious with many years of experience from testing units
  • Comfortable with working alone
  • Meritorious with a B driver's license and driving experience as well as experience with larger vehicles
  • Meritorious with experience of the journal system HLTHY and the referral systems Giddir and Labbportalen.

We are located in spacious premises on Derbyvägen at Jägersro in Malmö, where medical consultations have been held for over 30 years.
