Description

The Care Administration is looking for a nursing assistant for the Fjällbacka service elderly care home.

The work involves day, evening, and weekend shifts. You will work across the entire Fjällbacka service. You will have a home department, but the work will be performed in different units. The position is a temporary contract during the spring that will transition into a summer vacation substitute until 2026-08-31.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include care work based on individual needs and health and medical tasks according to instructions or delegation from occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses. We offer a fun and highly varied job. The work requires good health, initiative, flexibility, creativity, and teamwork skills. Qualifications

You must have completed the nursing program for nursing assistants and have passing grades in Swedish 1 and social studies at the high school level. Basic computer skills are an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on good teamwork skills and experience in care work as well as personal suitability. You also need to be flexible. It is beneficial if you have training and experience working with individuals with dementia and psychiatric conditions. Computer proficiency is required as documentation is done through the IT system Treserva.

It is required that you have a protected professional title as a nursing assistant or fall under the transitional provisions to be offered a position as a nursing assistant.

Conditions

Monthly salary and other employment benefits according to the applicable collective agreement. Tanum Municipality has a smoke-free work environment. Therefore, we prefer that you are smoke-free.
