We are now looking for a medical secretary for a temporary position of about 1.5 years at Doktor.se Strandängshälsan, with a desired start in March. We are looking for someone who wants to help develop primary care and who thrives in a changing environment where you have the opportunity to influence, take initiative, and contribute with innovative ideas.

We have about 9,000 registered patients at Strandängshälsan and very high patient satisfaction. Strandängshälsan consists of two well-functioning units, Mellbystrand and Skummeslövstrand, located along the scenic Halland coast with good communication links to places like Båstad. We are about 40 employees and form a close-knit team that works for and with each other.

About the role As a medical secretary at Doktor.se Strandängshälsan, you are a key person and the face of our patients. In addition to patient meetings, you will also work closely with colleagues at the health center.

Examples of tasks:

• Reception work
• Healthcare administrative tasks
• Documentation based on physician dictation
• Management of waiting lists and bookings

About you We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently. You have the ability to plan and structure your workday while easily switching between different tasks. You understand the importance of good service and enjoy meeting people in your work. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Trained medical secretary or equivalent
• Preferably a few years of primary care experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with the Cosmic and VAS journal systems is an advantage
