ABOUT THE POSITION

As a sales administrator for our client, you will work closely with the sales organization, customers, dealers, and production – both in Sweden and internationally in a varied and developing role. You will start in an operational administrative role focused on learning processes, systems, and customer flows. Beyond administration, you will later have the opportunity to take on operational leadership responsibilities for the team, improve routines and processes, and drive efficiencies in areas such as order flows and invoicing with the help of digitization projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Have experience working in the Monitor system or similar ERP systems
  • Have a post-secondary education in administration, economics, international trade, and/or logistics
  • Have experience working in an international market

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:

  • Adaptable to change
  • Organized
  • Stable
  • Responsible
