About the client company

Our client is a major player in concrete and prefab. Currently, around 60 people work here, covering everything from consultation, production, delivery, and assembly. We are now looking for someone to join the team as a production and transport planner; our client operates in Landvetter, Gothenburg.

Your responsibilities

As a production and transport planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing production and transportation to ensure the business operates efficiently. You will plan daily production, ensure resources are used effectively, and monitor adherence to timelines. Simultaneously, you will be responsible for planning and optimizing transport, communicating with drivers, and ensuring deliveries are made as scheduled.

The role involves ongoing contact with production managers and external parties and requires you to quickly handle changes and find solutions in case of deviations. This is a central function in the organization, with a strong focus on structure, collaboration, and continuous improvement of processes and flows.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in production and/or transport planning, preferably within industry, construction, or logistics.
• Is familiar with planning systems and has good IT skills.
• Has strong communication skills and enjoys collaborating.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment where you can take responsibility.
• Speaks and writes Swedish
• Polish/English is a plus
