Are you our new medical secretary?

We are now looking to expand our team with an additional medical secretary.

Here at the orthopedic clinic, we value quality and service, good collaboration, and a drive to constantly improve and develop. We want to keep up with digital advancements and are looking for new ways to create a varied administrative work environment, where we hope you want to be involved.

As a medical secretary with us, in addition to writing medical records, you will also perform other administrative tasks such as managing referrals; booking follow-up/phone appointments; handling administrative calls in TeleQ, and working with orthopedic-specific quality registers.

We are looking for

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary and preferably has a few years of experience in the profession. You need to have good knowledge of medical terminology, diagnosis classification, and working in our journal system Cosmic. The job requires that you have good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as good IT skills. You have a positive attitude, a good approach, and together we create a good atmosphere where we all share responsibility for a good work environment. We are looking for someone who is open, engaged, responsible, flexible, and service-oriented, and who sees both small and large change processes as a natural part of the job. You have a good ability to build good relationships and enjoy close collaboration with colleagues from different professional groups.
